How does ArthPulse track my spending?
It reads the transaction SMS your banks and UPI apps already send you, then automatically extracts the amount, merchant and category. Your spending tracks itself — you never type a transaction.
Is my financial data private?
Yes. Your data is processed on your own account and is never sold or shared with third parties. One-time passwords (OTPs) are filtered out and never used in your spending data.
Which banks and UPI apps are supported?
ArthPulse works with transaction SMS from all major Indian banks, credit cards and UPI apps — HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and more. There’s nothing to link or log in to.
Why does it need SMS permission?
Reading your bank’s transaction alerts is exactly how ArthPulse detects spending with zero manual entry — it’s the app’s core function. OTPs are filtered out and never used in your spending data.
Is it free?
Yes, for now. As an introductory offer for our first members, everyone gets the full app free until 30 July 2027, and every new member after that still gets 2 months free. When your free period ends, your transactions list stays free, and Premium analytics (month-over-month trends, full history, the web dashboard) is ₹49/month or ₹499/year.
Is it ArthPulse, Arth Pulse or EarthPulse?
It’s ArthPulse, one word. “Arth” (अर्थ) means money and wealth, so ArthPulse is the pulse of your money. You may also see it written Arth Pulse or Arthpulse. If you searched for earthPulse, artpulse or arth plus, you were probably looking for us: ArthPulse is the automatic expense tracker for India, listed on Google Play as “ArthPulse: Expense Tracker”. We are not connected to any other product called EarthPulse.
