ArthPulse › Credit card due date tracker

Credit card due date tracker: every card, one view

ArthPulse shows what you have spent on each credit card this cycle, the estimated outstanding and the due date, for all your cards on one screen. Card spending is picked up automatically from the alerts your card issuer sends by SMS, and you add each card's billing day just once.

Why card dues slip through

Every card has its own billing cycle and its own due date, and none of them line up. With two or three cards, the dates live in three different apps and three different statements, and the total you owe is something you have to add up yourself. Miss one date and you pay a late fee and interest on the whole balance.

How it works

  1. Spend on your card as usual. Your card issuer sends an SMS for each transaction.
  2. ArthPulse records each one against the right card, using the card's last 4 digits.
  3. Add the card's billing day and payment window once, from your statement.
  4. ArthPulse works out the rest: the current cycle, what you have spent in it, the estimated outstanding and when it is due.

What you see

No double counting

Add up every debit naively and card spending gets counted twice: once when you swipe the card, and again when the bill payment leaves your bank account. ArthPulse recognises credit card bill payments and records them as transfers, not spending, so each rupee is counted once, when you actually spent it.

Private by design

No card login and no full card numbers: ArthPulse keeps only the last 4 digits. It reads the alerts your issuer already sends, it cannot make payments, and there are no ads or third-party trackers in the app. See exactly how we protect your data.

Questions

How does ArthPulse know my credit card due date?

You add two numbers once for each card: the day your billing cycle starts and how many days after the statement the payment is due (both are on your card statement). From then on ArthPulse works out each cycle's due date and estimated outstanding automatically.

Does paying my card bill count as spending?

No. ArthPulse recognises credit card bill payments and records them as transfers, so the money is counted once, when you spent it on the card, and not again when you pay the bill.

Do I need to link my credit card or give my card number?

No. ArthPulse reads the transaction alerts your card issuer sends by SMS and keeps only the last 4 digits of the card. There is no card login and no full card number.

Is the outstanding amount exact?

It is an estimate built from the card transactions in your SMS alerts. Interest, fees or transactions your bank did not send an alert for are not included, so always check the amount on your card statement before paying.
